1. Introduction
WealthRelocation.com is the official website for the Wealth & Relocation Expo, organized by INTAX CONNECT LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom with company number 15660102, having its registered office at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms govern your use of our website and the services we provide.
2. Conference Information
The Wealth & Relocation Expo will be held on November 4, 2024, at the ParkLane Hotel in Limassol, Cyprus. The conference will focus on relocation, real estate, and wealth management sectors, bringing together industry leaders, high-net-worth individuals, and top professionals.
Participants will have the opportunity to attend presentations, engage in discussions, and network with peers. Exhibition spaces are available for companies looking to showcase their services, with various sponsorship packages on offer.
3. Registration and Payment
• Registration: By registering for the conference via our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Any personal data you submit will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Payment: All fees for participation, including sponsorship fees, must be paid in full by the due date specified during the registration process. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your registration.
• Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel your participation, please note that all payments made are non-refundable. However, payments may be transferred to another event hosted by the Organizer at our discretion.
4. Exhibition and Sponsorship
• Exhibition Space: Sponsors and exhibitors will have the right to select their exhibition space in designated areas with high participant traffic. Booths along the walls are intended for mobile pop-up stands with a table and chairs, while booths located in the center of Exhibition Area 2 and in the Welcome Area are designated as Exhibition Booths.
• Branding and Promotion: The Organizer will provide branding opportunities, including the placement of your company logo on the conference website, email invitations, and the event press wall. Sponsor descriptions, speaker photos, and biographies will also be featured on the conference website.
• Speaking Slot: Sponsors may be entitled to a speaking slot, with the topic and duration specified in their agreement. The exact title and timing of the presentation will be agreed upon with the Organizer.
5. Force Majeure
Neither the Organizer nor any sponsor or exhibitor shall be liable for any failure to perform their obligations if such failure is due to a Force Majeure event. Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental regulations, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, or other natural or man-made disasters. In such an event, the affected party shall notify the other party as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact.
6. Non-Disclosure of Sensitive Information
Both the Organizer and participants agree to treat any confidential or sensitive information obtained during the course of their cooperation as strictly confidential. Such information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from the other party. This obligation of confidentiality will survive the termination of any agreement between the parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in the conference, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and any agreements arising from the use of our website or participation in the conference shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
