Dmitry Zapol is an international tax and business advisor with practical knowledge of the principles of individual and corporate taxation and cross-border business planning. Dmitry routinely advises HNW individual clients in connection with their international relocation. He also advises on creation of complex international holding structures set up for trading and IP exploitation purposes.
Dmitry is the owner of IFS Consultants, an international tax practice founded in 1972, where he has worked since 2010. He is an International Tax Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (ADIT). He holds an LL.M (Tax) awarded by King’s College, London and an LL.B Law awarded by Durham University. Dmitry is a qualified Russian lawyer and had worked as an associate at Moscow City Bar Association "Barshchevsky & Partners".
Fanos Pavlou

Fanos Pavlou, a seasoned Corporate Services and Private Wealth Professional with a decade of experience, specializes in serving High Net Worth Individuals and Family Offices. His professional journey commenced as a Human Resources graduate at a prominent Big4 firm in Cyprus, where he quickly transitioned to contribute to highly valued projects led by a newly established Private Wealth Services team. Over the past nine years in the Corporate and Private Wealth Services sector, Fanos has thrived in team environments, finding motivation in the collective pursuit of common goals and achieving milestones collaboratively.
Fanos's expertise extends to direct communication with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) clients, facilitating his ascent to a managerial role within his team. His career has been marked by enduring relationships with high-ranking officials in Ministries, Embassies, other Governmental Institutions, and Banks. Noteworthy projects involving highly esteemed stakeholders have further enriched his experience, covering areas such as servicing High Net Worth Individuals and Private clients, KYC and compliance work, Immigration compliance, HR consulting, and client recruitment.
Known for his client-service-centric approach, Fanos is a strong team player with a robust business acumen. He is highly outgoing, sociable, and methodical in his professional endeavors. Fanos holds a BA in Accounting and Management from the University of Essex, UK (2009-2012) and an MSc in Human Resource Management and Business from the University of Aston, UK (2012-2013). He is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) since 2013.

Daniel Ryan offers 30+ years of experience in venture finance, international private equity, organizational development and management consulting, Mr. Ryan recently joined CMB Regional Centers and NHK Capital Partners as VP Global Market Development. Mr. Ryan will focus on global market expansion for international investors to seek U.S. immigration through the EB-5 investor visa/job creation program along with capital investment opportunities for NHK Capital Partners non-EB-5 private equity portfolio for institutional quality investments.
During the Covid-19 slowdown period, Daniel took the initiative and completed high-level, executive education programs; first through the University of Oxford, Said Business School; Oxford, England with focus on Venture Capital & Entrepreneurship; followed by the Global Business & Strategic Planning program from the Harvard School of Business, and thereafter completing the MBA Essentials program from the London School
of Economics (LSE). Mr. Ryan also holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Development/Corporate Education and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business AdministrationFinance.
Daniel lived and worked on the African Continent for 10+ years, focused on international finance and management consulting prior to returning to the U.S. in 2018. For the past 6 years, Daniel worked as Managing Director-Emerging Markets with a highly respected EB-5 Regional Center and Private Equity Fund Manager based in Tampa, Florida with a special focus on expanding the international EB-5 investor footprint throughout Africa, India, Europe, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.
